This lobster soup is faboulous and ready to be enjoyed! Just reheat and it's ready to go.
Instructions:
- Heat the soup in a pan on low heat (you don't want to boil it)
- Pour into dishes
- Mix with one teaspoon of creme fraiche (or heavy whipping cream if you don't have any)
- Add a couple croutons or day old bread that you toasted
