Soil cultivation: Sustainable cultivation,
grassing controlled mechanically (hoeing). Scribbling is practiced several times a year at different depths depending on the case.

Vinification: Manual harvest in crates, then sorted on a conveyor belt and destemmed. Cold pre-fermentation maceration, fermentation at controlled temperature, average vatting time of 24 days. Aging for 9 months in barrels.

Characteristics: Deep red. Intense bouquet of cooked fruits, blond tobacco, sweet spices. On the palate the attack is round, of great finesse, evolving into aromas of black fruits, coffee and spices. The finish is warm, with a beautiful freshness, with silky tannins.

To taste: With red meats, small game, cheeses.
