Jacques Pelvas Rosé Sparkling 

Location: Produced in Provence
Terroir: South West and South East of France. Provence. Grape varieties : 100% Grenache

Vinification: Processed according to very strict specifications established by the firm "Les Vins Breban" and enforced on its wine-producing partners - the exact vintage date is determined, generally at the beginning of September, it is transformed into wine at low temperatures and specific yeasting is used. These basic wines have all the specifications required to produce premium sparkling wines;fine flavours, good sourness, high acidity and ideal alcoholic richness. Fruit of a second fermentation known as "head taking", the Sparkling wines are filtered, bottled, and put on the market.

Tasting note: Beautiful sweet pink color, very pale; pleasant nose of small red fruits; in mouse, good lengh ornamented with a delicious freshness; a fine balanced wine.

Accompaniment advice: The Jacques Pelvas brut Rose is an excellent aperitif wine.
