Tasting note : Very pale yellow colour with green glints; complex nose with delicious bouquets of citrus fruits (lemon and grapefruit), of fruits (peaches) and, small white flowers. In mouth, straight attack and a lot of freshness; a very harmonious wine with good persistence.

Vinification: Assembling of Ugni–blanc, traditional variety of vine in Provence and Colombard, variety of vine with great aromatic potential. Processed according to very strict specifications established by the firm," LES VINS BREBAN "and enforced on its wine-producing partners - the exact vintage date is determined, it is transformed into wine at low temperatures, and specific yeasting is used. These basic wines have all of the specifications required to produce premium sparkling wines; fine flavours, good sourness, high acidity and ideal alcoholic richness. Fruit of a second fermentation known as "head taking", the Sparkling wines BRUT Blanc de Blancs are filtered, bottled, and put on the market. - The Breban company is one of the last family owned company producing artisanal sparkling wines in the South of France. The grand-father, Raymond, started elaborating sparkling wine in his garage in 1942. He has then decided to add a full range of wines from Provence. Since that time, two generation have been managing the company with the same passion and philosophy for quality.Today, they are famous in France and all over the world for the quality of the wines of Provence and for their premium hand crafted sparkling wines.
